Syracuse football recruiting: 3-star quarterback Rex Culpepper chooses Syracuse over national powerhouses

The news was first reported Tuesday afternoon by Stephen Bailey of The Post-Standard and was later tweeted by his mother, Monica. Exciting day in the Culpepper house!
